「One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, great location, room and staff were amazing」

「Our room was not ready as scheduled. They did send an employee after 4 pm to make the bed & linens. The TV never did work. We asked for assistance and never got a response. 」

「Good value for the money. Easy walk to village. Clean amd well stocked.」

「Place was great for my stay in the area.」

「Good experience nice clean hotel space with everything we needed. Excellent location on the village and close to our hikes, restaurants and amenities. Especially appreciated the dog friendly support for our pups」

「For the price everything was great! Close to the shops and food. Would absolutely stay here again. Hot tub and gym next door was great. No complaints for the price.」

「Very friendly and perfect location」

「Room had everything including well appointed kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was so positive and helpful. One of the best locations. One of the hot tubs was closed but good thing it was not too busy. Highly recommend this place.」

「Very shabby room. Beaten up furniture, A very visible dirty box spring mattress ( why no cover?). Real advantage here are the ski lifts are easily accessible from lodge. I do object to paying >$360/night and being given a list of chores to do prior to leaving the hotel. Take garbage out, empty dishwasher, leave towels in the bath etc etc. Be prepared to be fined “if you leave the room in an untidy manner”. Oh and if you drive a bigger vehicle don’t even think about using the underground...

「Great stay friendly staff」

「Room was very clean. Front desk team was excellent. Very pleasant stay! 」

「Amazing location with the hill just outside the back door. Room is small, but fine for a couple with everything you need. Staff is friendly and helpful. The elevator was out one day, but they got it fixed quickly. Parking was an issue as the underground stalls are quite small and we couldn't fit due to other people parking, but the second night the staff hooked us up with parking out front. Very accommodating all around and will definitely stay again.」
