「The check-in process was easy and all instructions were clear. Jonathan, the owner, was very responsive and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. The place was cute, clean, and perfect for what I needed (a place to stay during my medical school rotation). As the review says, it is not ideal for taller guests as the roof slopes down in certain areas, but I found the place cozy.」

「We stayed overnight for the Litchfield Hills Road Race Sunday 6/8; this was a quaint location and very clean. It was a nice cool weekend, however we did notice it did not have an AC and may not be a comfortable in the hot and humid summer months. 」

「Loved our stay at the historic Court House, beautifully restored as the Abner Inn. Service was excellent, dinner was equally fantastic, service was super. Staying in the beautiful village of Litchfield is always a special treat for my wife and I as we love stopping in the Village Pub for a drink and to taking a drive to Lake Waramaug and the beautiful New Preston village. We will be back to the Abner in a few weeks!」

Not only was my room designed impeccably and clean, but there were free waters, snacks and freshly baked cookies available upon arrival. 「My stay was excellent. My room was on the 2nd floor right side, next to the window...big enough for a family of 3. This was a solo/business trip for me and the room has an excellent dining room and meeting/living room with a very nice view if you love green. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was fantastic-freakin-tastic--drop a $20 on the table for the fam. Will stay there whenever I go back up th Limerock Park. The drive to and from Limerock is a dream if u know what u doin...and ya gotta go to...
