Very friendly people. Not much parking available. Some aspects of the property need a wee bit of maintenance.

The only place to stay in Christchurch

As always Linda was very accommodating and the place is spot less.Ticks all the boxes for us,clean,quiet,wifi, friendly host, comfortable beds,etc,etc, we have been back to The Adorian time and time again.

The motel is definitely older and a bit tired. Decor from the 1960’s and the curtains need new hooks but as others have said friendly helpful staff ans though older style , the motel was clean. Bed was comfortable. And it is a very quiet location. The motel is priced accordingly but if you just need somewhere to sleep it works fine.

Family Holiday

We spent one night with 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was spacious and although it was one space we all felt we had our own space. The room was older but had a really good feel. I would definitely stay again.

Old-school Kiwi motel - clean, tidy and fronted up by the awesome and incredibly hospitable Linda. The two bed unit was unbelievably cheap, clean and comfortable. Very convenient for town too. The area has a few "characters", but nothing that reflects on the motel or impacts your stay. No questions at all that we would be back again.

Linda was so welcoming, only too keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Clean towels and linen frequently, even lending a clothes horse! Accommodation was very roomy, separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Conveniently placed in Christchurch, close to town, Harley Park, and Botanic Gardens. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again, and highly recommend to others.

The Motelier was very friendly and very helpful - a lady who knows the meaning of hospitality and has the right skills. The unit was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. A handy location

Friendly staff. Close to city and shops.Nice rooms. The toilet is small, hard to get in and get off without brushing against door.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Made to feel very welcome. Lively comfy bed and plenty of milk coffee etc. Just loved staying here again

The staff welcomed us very heartily and was very helpful and kind. Everything was very clean. Location is near the CBD and very quiet. Free parking is available. We very much enjoyed the kitchen in our accommodation. The only downside was that the upper floor is not noise isolated, hence you'll hear every step the person is doing above you.
