"I have stayed at hidden springs a few times over the years and it's always been great. The owner, John is the best at making you feel comfortable. It's like a home away from home. The only complaint I had was the laundry detergent was a little perfumey and it bothered my eyes a bit. But I know not everyone has that sensitivity, so next time I'll just bring my own pillow. No big deal! Everything else was perfect! "

"This was a great place to stay!! Very clean room, with a balcony to set out and relax. The staff were amazing and very nice!! I will stay here again and again. Eureka Springs is a short trip to just get away from it all. "

"Parking was good. The room was, well, a room. Limited in house toiletries if that matters to you. The minimal interaction I had with staff was pleasant. I didn't need them often, not that I couldn't fondness them. The one issue we had was that the on site dispensary made the lobby area smell heavily of marijuana, leading us to avoid the coffee and muffins in the morning. If that doesn't bother you it's a great location. Trolley stop on the property, walking distance from downtown. Right on 62 Highway making access to the whole area fairly easy. "

"Room was small but comfortable. Main issue was the tub/shower combo. The tub was actually a jacuzzi, with sides higher than a regular bathtub. For someone with bad knees, it made getting into and out of quite difficult and precarious."

"The room was dirty. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. The bathtub and shower walls were not clean. The private parking for the jacuzzi rooms was very small and scary. Was almost impossible to get turned around. The tv in the room is small and didnt work. The bed was hard. Will not stay again. "

"This place is cute. Very clean, and the perfect size for a couple. I liked the darker bath towels. They were soft and big . I prefer darker towels over white. I also liked the seperate ones for make-up removal. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of closet space to store all your bags. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking pots and pans. I like drinking hot tea, so having a tea kettle was nice. Plenty of ice trays if you want to freeze ice cubes for drinks. Need to leave instructions for the remote to the t.v., for older people..lol... wonderful stay, i would choose it again. Also, nice to have sharp knives for cooking. "

"Our check in process was a little confusing and once we got to the property, we realized that we would have to carry our luggage up several flights of steep stairs which we were not made aware of. Once in the room, it was hot and remained 80 degrees for over 2 hours. I reached out to the owner and she graciously agreed to not charge us for our second night. Despite the offer, we decided to stay elsewhere our next night. However, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the owner couldn't have been sweeter."
