It was so nice to stay in a brand new hotel! This part of NWA is incredible. So much to do, eat, shop ect. The hotel felt very fancy and the rooftop restaurant was excellent.

Great stay at Hotel Avail! From check-in to check-out to valet, service was excellent! Room and bathroom were well appointed and beautiful! The bed, sheets, pillows were amazing! Location was close to a great coffee shop, multiple restaurants and walkable to Walmart AMP. Staff was welcoming and kind. Great gym!

A beautiful hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. Service was friendly all of the time. Restaurant at top of hotel (Oaks)was very nice as well. Servers and bartenders were very helpful with questions. I would definitely recommend Hotel Avail!! You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed overnight and was the best sleep I've had in a while. Very comfortable and property is very beautiful. Convenient walk to restaurants and shops. Stay away from Half Baked Goods behind the hotel if you want to stay fit. They were too good for words. Thanks All!
