"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. The rooms and elevators are old. the outdoor hotspring is on the top floor with no facilities (you have to go downstairs first and shower) and no real view to speak of. "I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right opposite Nagano station, and very close to the shopping and dining district. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano."
