「Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. 」

Reserving both A and B apartments worked well for my family and friends to sleep and rests after each days outing. Loved the activity center and heated pools.」

「It was an excellent 3-day stay to celebrate the birthdays of my wife and one of our good friends. Everything in the condo was as expected. Our stay was in early January so the gas fireplace in the unit was a welcomed plus. We are big fans of Colonial Williamsburg so we greatly appreciated that we could walk to the historic buildings, homes, and shops from the condo. We have found January is a good time to visit Williamsburg. No crowds and more time to interact with the various...

「This was the perfect place for our family trip to Colonial Williamsburg. The unit was huge (it was actually two units with a connecting door) with two kitchens, three bedrooms, and multiple TVs. The recreation center and pool was great for the kids.」

「今回はモール中心に見学を予定していたので、近くてたすかりました。ただ歩道や道路を工事中が多くて、通りに杭場所が、ほこりが舞っていたところがありました。特に風が強い日だったので、少しこまりました。施設自体は、問題なしでした。」
