「Stayed with family for Halloween Horror at Universal. Close to Universal Studios and Disney. Fast and professional communication with host. Easy to find, easy to check in/out. Super clean place. 「We had a great stay here! The house is very clean, has everything you need for a visit, and it feels very safe with the locks they have on the outside gate and the home. It’s in a busy, centrally located area, but the street itself is quiet and has plenty of free parking, which was really nice. I came for a work trip and had my two little ones and it was a perfect location for us. They have a pack and play crib too, which was helpful! We enjoyed the trip and would definitely recommend! 」

「Myself and a few friends rented the Retro Cottage while we were playing in a field hockey tournament. The location was perfect because you could walk to a main strip where there were coffee shops amd plenty of restaurants. Down the road further there were high end shops and more restaurant options. 「The minute we arrived, the kids's lit up when they saw the amazingly large pool. Andy got us checked in and we loved having so many bed options for the kids so they had their own spaces. We were actually working remotely and the wifi worked well enough for 3 of us on laptops and I was able to take meetings next to the pool! This worked perfectly for our needs and was only 5 minutes away from food options.」

「The interior of the home is beautiful and updated despite the older neighborhood. The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. Only concern is that the code to get into the home did not work two different times (upon arriving and after a backpacking trip). We had to contact the owner to reset the code. Although she was responsive, we were exhausted from traveling and one time it was dark outside and we did not feel safe not being able to enter the home. Hopefully, this will be quickly...

"素晴らしいホテル。クイーンベット2台の部屋に泊まりましたが、94Lスーツケースを2つ開いても十分な広さ。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、ボディクリーム、ドライヤー、洋服アイロン、レンジ、冷蔵庫が備えてある。掃除は2日に1度でしたが、十分。とても綺麗に掃除してくれます。シャワーの温度や水圧も良かった。各階にアイスマシーンあり。朝はシリアル3種、パン数種類、オムレツ、ソーセージ、ジャーマンポテト、ワッフル(自分で簡単に作れます。もちろん親切に作り方も教えてくれます)、ヨーグルトなど十分な種類が用意してある(日替わりで多少変更)食事代の節約になりました。 1階に、フリーのコーヒーやお茶、ココアなどがあり本当に不自由しない。立地も、徒歩10分くらいでトレダージョーズに行け果物やサラダが買えるので、食費が気になる日は部屋のレンジで温められる物を夕食にした。何より、すべてのスタッフが親切でフレンドリーで7泊とても満足しました。 "

"ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋も良かったです。ルームキーが可愛く持ち帰りました。ただ1人のスタッフ（スパニッシュ）か無愛想すぎて、少し不快になりましたが、それ以外のスタッフはとても良かったです。近所は決して安全な場所ではありません。歩いてどこかに行くところももちろんなく私たちはレンタカーをしてたので良かったのですか、車がないと少し大変な気がします"
