"Every member of the staff greeted us every time we saw one of them or interacted. Super friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable I want to take them home. Beautiful views of landscape, city and Universal Studios. "

"Conveniently located in Santa Monica However weirdly for the 2 nights I stayed there on the 5th floor, there was continuous furniture being moved on the floor above me from 11pm till past midnight with no assurances/explanation from the front desk. V irritating"

"Understaffed and unprepared for arriving guest. Tried to check in early at 3:50. Was told by front desk that check in was not until 4 and to come back after 4. Came back at 4:05, and was told the room well be ready in 15 minutes. Came back at 4:35, and the room was still not ready, was told to wait a few more minutes. At 5 I was getting tired of the run around. Finally got our room at 5:10 with no apologie or comp for our time. Could have paid less somewhere else for that kind of service. Never staying at the Marriott again. "
