Great quiet home close to studios

We stayed here recently on a trip to LA to visit some of the studios, Hollywood, Burbank, and Malibu. Great location if you are looking to stay in the northern end of the LA area. The home is beautiful and the backyard is a wonderful relaxing retreat. Would absolutely stay again!!

Perfect location for our family holiday gathering

This house had everything we needed for the "overflow" family members gathering in Encino for an early Christmas. The location was ideal and communication with the property manager was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and the shower (nearest the kitchen) was particularly great.

My parents and cousins came to town for my graduation at CSUN. Patrick's place was great for all of us to just relax, cook together and watch movies all weekend. Awesome amenities, plenty of space, and great kitchen for family meals!

Lovely house

The house was very comfortable for my family with three large bed rooms. The furniture and decor was beautiful and very welcoming, the kitchen is well appointed with a large fridge and double ovens! I with my kitchen t home was as nice as this one!! Great neighborhood too.

Well-kept house with great back yard

We had my son and daughter-in-law's baby shower here. It's a great house for a party b/c it has a large and inviting back yard. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The only drawback is that there are mosquitoes, so bring along Deet or another insect repellant.

Spring Break in LA

Lovely home in a quiet Encino neighborhood. Just 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping on Ventura Blvd. with easy access to both the 101 and 405. About an hour to Disneyland on the weekend and 30 minutes to Universal, Santa Monica Pier, and Venice Beach during the week. Patrick was a great host; he responded quickly to all questions and even gave us access to the house an hour early when our flight landed ahead of schedule. Great property for our multi-generational traveling party (80s, 50s, and teens). Would stay here again.

Patrick was an amazing communicator and always checking in. The house was very comfortable and neighborhood was quaint and felt safe. The reason for 4 stars is because there are a few maintenance items that should be taken care of and the 4th bedroom was advertised with a twin bed, however, there was no twin bed. There was a fold out that could be added, but not a real twin bed. Not the end of the world.
