Million Dollar View but Ten Dollar Home
the home was absolutely not in rentable condition and the rental liaison and property owners should be embarrassed by this property right now.
Every fixture had 2 out of 3 light bulbs burned out.
Every lighting fixture was extremely outdated.
Bedroom furniture was 50 years old.
cobwebs all over the place.
black mold in the 2nd bathroom, and kitchen.
a handyman for $500 could come in and replace the outdated and non working fixtures to at least make it presentable. But not a priority.
home smelled of mildew and mold and clearly hasnt been aired out in the 3 months since the last renters.
the boats on the dock are an eyesore, that the neighbors have suggested to the owners to remove them. an inexpensive improvement to make. But not a priority.
the bottom 2 steps into the water are so overgrown with slime that my guest slipped and hit his head and was lucky to not be seriously hurt.
I could go on and on.
The communication with the rental liaison was extremely curt and rude.
Would never recommend this home be rented again.
The very nice neighbors are very aware of the condition of the inside of the home and have asked the owners not to rent it because it leads to disappointed and angry renters.
