「The hotel is very small and understaffed. The area is pretty, beach was nice and relaxing. This place definitely needs some upgrades to be great. Sometimes only 1 restaurant open, only 1 bartender working an entire night... service was not great almost as if they were annoyed you asked for something. Rooms pretty basic and beach chairs super uncomfortable.」

「Our stay started on the wrong foot due to a miscommunication during check-in. Our butler escorted my family to a room that was still being cleaned, which wasn’t a great first impression. There was also confusion about our luggage, and it took quite a while for the staff to locate it. During that time, I was genuinely worried it had been delivered to the wrong guests. The biggest issue throughout our stay was the service. Restaurant service was consistently slow. We often waited a long time just...

「Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!」
