The hotel staff is nice & really cares.
The hotel from building is NOT what the pictures said in their pix.
Unpaid for a night with breakfast, my flight was before the time they offered breakfast. Therefore they offered a "picnic to go breakfast" but when I checked out I was given nothing.
Again staff is good.

We would like to apologize since always when our clients ask us for a picnic because they will not be able to enjoy breakfast on the last day, we will prepare it for you so that you have it ready when you leave, since we have a 24-hour reception service.
