"The property alone has a high tech Biometric security to enter the building with entries from back/front of building. Main entrance has 2 biometric security doors to get in, just amazing! It’s very close to the Republica Metro station close to a dirty/clean big park, the smells & the massive homeless people in every corner felt unsafe at night time, mornings it’s okay. The studio has a pleasant view of the park. We stayed at 1st level, very high up enough to see the surrounding areas, though...

"Considering its price, this is a great value apartment. It is spacious, clean and modern. The bedding is very comfortable. It is located close to a subway station, walking streets, restaurants, a park, and about 20 min car ride to downtown area. The only downside is that there are many homeless people in the park and around the subway exit. While they are harmless, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable staying in the neighborhood. "
