「We needed an extended stay due to a military move and they were fantastic at helping us get booked for the dates we needed. The property was very clean, nicely appointed with comfortable beds/bedding and in a fantastic location. It had all the comforts of home that we needed as we completed our move.」

「The place is pristine. We only stayed one night because we were visiting a client in the area and needed to come back. But the place invites you to stay longer. The condo has everything we need. They even had 7 different types of coffee. The view is amazing, and we even cooked. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. We would love to stay longer.」

「Clean, well stocked with amenities, excellent communication, ideal location, lovely outdoor features, fairly priced. I would recommend and visit again.」

「These units were very well thought out and comfortable. Bed was great, kitchen stocked with useful tools and basics that were so nice to have at our disposal. It’s clean, modern and our stay was very restful. Checking in and out is a breeze - door code sent to you 15 minutes before check-in. Would definitely go back if we’re ever in the area again.」

「Great location, reasonable rates for the area, friendly helpful staff. Would stay here again.」

「Perfect condo for couple. Two bathrooms, big kitchen, big porch, big living area.」

「The property felt exceptionally clean and inviting. The design of the studio was spacious with amazing finishings. We appreciated the water and coffee. Arrival and departure were communicated clearly. Parking was easy. I also liked that all the light switches were clearly labeled. We would definitely recommend!」

「We liked the contemporary decor and that it was right on the water.」

「Such a fantastic place! We were only there for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. TOP of the line everything. Bed was like a dream sleep. I loved the curved dining table nook for doing a little work. And the location...nothing better if you are visiting Monticello. Great find. Great stay.」

「Clean property that was well equipped, and easy check in.」

「Our 2-BR condo was lovely. Everything was sparkling clean and the place was spacious for what we needed. What MADE it, though, was the VIEW which was spectacular! I felt we should have been pre-informed that there was no coffee for us to use. We could have easily brought some but didn’t know of its non-existence.」

「The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a couple more towels and washcloths in the room.」

「The deck was very dirty and did not look safe to stand on」

「Amazing deck view and super comfy bed. This is our second time booking at this location. Looking forward to booking again. And we saw a beautiful black bear around 7:00pm one night off our deck. Didn't want anything to do with us but was so incredible to see.」

「We had a fantastic family stay at Bernard’s Landing. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great home base for exploring Smith Mountain Lake. The location was the biggest highlight. We enjoyed the private lakeside beach, pools, walking paths, waterfront views, and beautiful sunsets without needing to drive everywhere. We rented a pontoon from The Dock at Smith Mountain Lake and spent a full day boating, tubing, swimming, and relaxing on the water. We also visited Smith Mountain Lake...
