「Clean」

「This was the perfect location for our event at the Convention Center, right across the road. Near to good restaurants and services too. It’s a nice home for a family, nice quiet neighbors too. 」

「The check in process was smooth, quiet neighborhood. Floor had footprints as we came in, was very greasy and dirty. Entire place had a very rancid smell or urine or decaying animals. Appliances and bathroom was clean. On the second day we had to leave early due to maggots being everywhere on the floor, even though we had throughly taken care of our trash. Would not recommend unless the owner cleans up the place and addresses the smell.」

「The condition of the property was excellent. Clean, warm, and welcoming inside. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the shower in the master bedroom was wonderful. One minor problem: the second bathroom didn't have an electrical outlet, so could not run the hair dryer. 「Yurt was as expected and pictured on listing. The bathroom was a little further than expected (and slightly uphill) which could make it difficult for someone who needs to go in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this unique experience. I wish I would've know there was a mini-fridge, a microwave and some other kitchen items in the unit - we would've planned a dinner around that. A great location for visiting Sequoia. 」

「My sister and I planned this as part of our "week of adventures" get away and had a lovely stay. The location and check-in would have been perfect had we arrived during daylight hours, however due to airline cancellations and delays we arrived past dark. We loved staying here and would highly recommend, the river was perfect! Just know you are far into the countryside and not close to any markets so plan to be onsite during your stay.
