「There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!」

After reserving the property, we encountered an issue and tried to contact both the host and Vrbo right away. Communication from the host was unhelpful and we never received check-in or access instructions. In the end, we were unable to stay at the property and were disappointed by the lack of flexibility and support.」
