「The facilities were very clean, and everything we needed, including kitchen utensils, was provided. The only downside was that we couldn't adjust the air conditioning temperature, so the room felt a little cold. Other than that, the price was very reasonable, and we had a great stay. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.」

「The house itself is cute and inside the hosts have been putting in a lot of work with the renovations. The parking can easily hold 3 cars. The backyard will eventually be a nice place to relax in the summer with a gazebo and patio furniture. The newly renovated kitchen is easy to work in- however a few pots pans and a baking sheet and some dish towels would be very helpful. The living room is cozy and inviting. 「The place has everything you need for comfortable stay with clean big rooms and supplies. It is an Old Place with spacious and ample rooms. Doors needs some greasing and it would also help to have some light in the yard for evening. Overall experience was great.」

It is in a quiet location a few kilometers outside the main street of Barrie. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were essential for our group attending a wedding in Barrie. We would definitely rent this house again if we need to attend a function in the Barrie area.」
