「All ice machines were broken. I had 2 rooms. The carpet in the rooms had holes in them. The floor in the entry to the room was sticky. It was the nastiest room I’ve been in in a long time. The afternoon staff was not helpful and the front desk person was always outside smoking. The only positive I can think of was the breakfast attendant.I would not recommend this place.」
「Jim Butler use to be a great place to stay. It’s not anymore! The place is run down, and the staff at check in is less than impressive! I called ahead as I would be making a later arrival to verify someone would be there. The lady who answered the phone spoke as if I was wasting her time. Then at check in she was completely unpleasant. I had a less than impressive stop the time before but thought I’d give the place one more chance. Never again will I stay at the Jim Butler.」
