「Nice service」

「We stayed 8 minutes and our credit card was charged 139 dollars. We made a reservation for a non smoking room and was place in a room that was in disrepair and not clean smelling of cigarettes so bad it caused me to have an allergy attack. We called the front desk and we were place in another room that had a trong toilet cleaner smell like somebody's was trying to coverup the smell of something disgusting. This room was also dirty with dried blood stains on the duvet. Between the filth allergy...

「This is my second time coming here. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent.
 I enjoyed the breakfast and the quality of the amenities was also good. The hotel concierge was very helpful. He was very kind and helped me a lot with reservations. I'll come again next time.」

「滞在はおおむね快適でした。ホテルのスタッフもフリンドリーで感じ良かったです。ボストン郊外のホテルにしては良心的な料金で、またいく機会があれば宿泊を検討したいと思います。 ただ、一つ残念な点は・・・ 部屋の中には食べ物を持ちこめないため、建物の外にピクニックエリアがありますが、4泊した間中、ずっとゴミ箱がいっぱいで蓋も閉まらず不潔な感じでした。」
