「It was」

「A very nice facility but the room service staff were really horrible. What a pity!」

「Pool was not open 😥」

「historic inn. warped floors and door jambs let light in, but that is part of the charm of a building built in the 1700's」

「Forgot to mention the water didn’t get hot enough to take a shower. Scrambled eggs were good. Kat, the front desk person was excellent. She was friendly, helpful, offered suggestions for restaurants and came to our room to help us with the TV.」
