「Pretty place, close to metro, lots of restaurants and shops」

「Very clean 1 bedroom property. Had lots of great amenities that made my stay very comfortable. 10 minute walk to Metro, which was what I needed to be a tourist and go to my conference. Nice outside table that I enjoyed in the evening. Wonderful street nearby with great restaurants and stores. Helpful hosts. I would stay here again 😀」

「This apartment worked out great for our family. Walkable to Crystal City metro which is a great station to get to all the activities you want to see in DC (about 15-20 min easy walk and trains about 15-20 minutes ride to the mall). Plus you are right by the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. Beds as described, ample bedding and pillows for our group of five. Kitchen stocked with all pots, pans, and dishes you would need to prepare breakfast and dinners. Had ample amount of paper towels,...

「The apartment was clean and just like pictures. Perfect for our family of 5, located next to a mall as well as many other food locations and Target. The Metro is just a 3 min walk away. Super convenient. We loved this place.」

「I stayed here while I was in DC for work, and I couldn't ask for a better place. It is walking distance to my office (and to all the best DC sights, if you are there for fun). It's a very comfortable studio with a very clean kitchen and comfortable bed. What else could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again.」

「Close to metro one direction. The walk to the metro not the best area. But the walk the other direction is great. Wonderful market across the street. Many great restaurants nearby within walking distances. The apartment is very nice. Living are is a bit small for 6 adults but manageable. We had a wonderful visit.」

「The flat was beautifully decorated, and all of the necessities plus many extras were provided by our host Laurence. We particularly appreciated the white noise machine, although it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood anyway, and the Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. Drip coffee was available too, plus a nice selection of herbal and traditional teabags. Our host left us a nice welcome snack, too. There are a few stairs, which was absolutely fine for us. We were always able to find a parking...

「My family rented this property to be near my daughter living nearby. The property had all the space we were looking for to prepare and share Thanksgiving dinner. The pictures of the property were accurate. The area is in transition but all was fine.」

「Everything was great. They provided all the essentials. The location was great being close to a metro and on top of a target. The only thing I misunderstood was “access” to a pool. The pool is not in the same building, it is in a different apartment building.」

「Location location location! This comfortable condo is in our favorite part of Annapolis, Eastport, just across the drawbridge from Main Street, Ego Alley, and the USNA. It is a great destination for walkers (and others - free easy parking). We made use of the kitchen for a couple of dinners. There are also amazing views from the rooftop. Thanks!」

「The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice, and we cooked several meals there. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (wouldn’t walk around at night) but so is most of DC. Overall, we had a great trip」

「Papa was a great host- very responsive to inquiries and concerns. The unit was clean and pretty well furnished. A nice addition was the complimentary shelf with things like coffee, sugar PB&J and condiments. I scored the location kind of low due to an older building w/ thin floors and noisy neighbors at night (noted in the property description- not Papa's fault).」
