「Just Wonderful! This hotel is gorgeous design wise; a true architectural beauty that pays hommage to heritage design and flanked with modern touches. Everything was spotless and felt like a complete upgrade. The lobby is breathtaking upon arrival and our room did not disappoint. This Hilton made sure that the feeling is anything but generic. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy.」

When we asked for a king nonsmoking, she informed us that they did not have any king nonsmoking and would be putting us in a queen room. Said there was no price difference. As a disabled person, I cannot do stairs. When she told us we were on the second floor, I asked if they had an elevator and she told me "You can do a couple of stairs. It's not that bad." 「Very nice property that served us well for our overnight stay- One drawback is as advertised, no indoor or outdoor pool. But it was very clean, very helpful staff, and a great breakfast selection- would definitely stay again-」

「I reserved a handicap accessible room for three adults where I needed a handicap accessible bathroom. I was in room 116 and the toilet was not handicap height and the doorway was prohibitive for an elderly woman with a walker. Everything in the room felt damp the carpet, the bedding, the chairs we arrived late and there were no vending services for drinks or any kind of snacks. 「Disaster. Dirty and outdated. At 11:00 at night they needed to evacuate the 2nd floor because someone fell thru the stairs. The fire Marshall was there and deemed the 2 nd floor unsafe because we didn’t have 2 sets of stairs to exit if needed. They moved us to a first floor room and told me I would be compensated for 1 night. Just got my charges in the card and they never gave me the credit. Stay away from this property.」
