"My only issue why I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars all round was that the single bedroom is smaller than I imagined. Although it was adequate I thought for a hotel which was excellent the room would be slightly larger than it was. The facilities in the room are great. Iron and board, shower gel and shampoo, lovely towels, comfortable bed, coffee machine with pods and a welcome chocolate bar in the room. The staff really were excellent throughout right down to the man who works the doors. I would definitely stay here again."

"Location was great and lobby was welcoming. The room was a bit dusty which you could really notice in the sun. Breakfast was good but they need to work on the set up. No teapots at breakfast - not great Milk not near the tea (no one wants hot milk in a cup of tea) No English breakfast tea by tea station I asked each morning and each morning was pointed to another room to go fetch myself. I know they’re small things but it’s frustrating when there is a LOT of staff at breakfast but just being annoying. They took our plates from under us when we were still eating and one persons job is to wipe all the crumbs on the floor and then another person comes along and brushes it up. It’s a bit chaotic and doesn’t really need to be. It makes the morning stressful again when it doesn’t need to be. The butter is no where near the toast The set up means people are walking backwards and forwards and don’t really need to."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Clermont Hotel in Victoria. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and full of character, and the location is very convenient for visiting London. My room was lovely and comfortable, and I really enjoyed both The Soak restaurant and the breakfast buffet, which were great quality. The service throughout my stay was excellent, but I especially want to thank Lavinia. She was incredibly kind, warm, and professional, and made my stay feel very special. During my first visit, she gave me great recommendations for places to visit in London, and we had a lovely conversation about travel. When I returned for a second stay, she remembered me and even sent champagne to my room, which was such a thoughtful gesture! I would happily stay at The Clermont Victoria again and recommend it to anyone visiting London."

"We had a wonderful stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel. Its location is hard to beat, making it easy to get around London and explore the city. Since we were traveling as a family of five with three kids, we booked the Junior Suites, which worked well for us. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is not a grand, sprawling luxury property. Instead, it’s a smaller, more intimate hotel with a warm atmosphere. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The amenities were exactly what we needed for a comfortable family stay. The only minor downside was that the floors in our rooms were a bit squeaky. Also, the immediate neighborhood becomes very quiet after about 9 p.m., so if you’re looking for a lively nightlife scene right outside the hotel, this may not be the best area. On the other hand, it makes for a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, St. Ermin’s provided everything we were looking for: a fantastic location, comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and great food. We would gladly stay here again."
