「This spacious cottage offered the perfect respite in Thousand Oaks. The patio was quiet and private, and the unit itself was spacious and beautifully finished and appointed. New, and meticulously clean. Everything was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully selected. Highest recommendation!」

「I had read ahead of time that the walls were very thin.... and they are!! But everyone tries to be quiet and most things settle down by 10. Parking is VERY tight, but it worked out okay. Room itself was fantastic. 」

「Funky little place, but clean and spacious. Nice big tv, and a WONDERFUL King sized bed. We were exhausted on arrival, slept like babies for 11 hours. As cheap as you're going to find around here, and each room is a separate little cottage, so it was Very Quiet.」

「We had a fabulous time in Paso and this charming hime was perfect in every way! The location is ideal as it’s close to downtown but also located on a quiet street which was nice. The home is decorated nicely and has everything you need for your stay. The beds are SO comfy!! We enjoyed the outside firepit in the mornings and evenings. Angelique was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will be back 」

「I was impressed that Jennifer’s Room was in a lovely upscale neighborhood. Upon arrival I walked my dog and was welcomed by 3 neighbors. I felt so safe and comfortable in Jennifer’s Room. It was a perfect place for me and my dog, Grace O’Malley. 」

「My husband and I spent four nights in this studio in the south west area of Montecito.
