"We drove in 6 hours to this hotel all the amenities and photos were amazing, so we chose comfort suites. We arrived got the keys to the room, walked in not to bad it was dirty but we did not make a big deal out of it, we were tired and was gonna rest before our event, my wife was sleeping in one bed and came up screaming and there was a roach on her, then found roaches in the fridge, and when we went down to tell someone all we got is you can have this room, at this point I wanted a different hotel, tried to get a refund so I can go to another hotel, I was informed that since I used a 3rd party they can’t do anything, so I settled with another room different floor, walked in and the floor was nasty lights out and no toilet paper, was informed that would be fixed we went to our event came back 4 hours later and room was the same, there was no urgency by owner, management at all! The only person helping was the counter lady and she did everything in her ability’s to help. Do not recommend staying here at all and the pool was demoed, that is the main reason I wanted here is the inside pool, post on all websites about the pool is closed not when guests get there after traveling "

"I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past three years. Employees very nice and helpful. Property showing a little wear but still very good. Bed comfortable. Property quiet. Bathroom clean other than some hair on floor either from prior guest or staff ….. Felt safe. Would recommend."

"There is no lobby. It's kept closed off from guests, but the desk person can see & be seen sitting behind the counter looking at you through the door & windows. There's a tiny night window through which he conducts his day & night time guest interactions. Extremely unwelcoming. The room was clean enough altho there was a dead waterbug in the bathroom. Dead's good, right? There were 3 wall lamps, but the bulbs were removed from 2 of them... There was a nightstand on one side of the bed with 2 of the 3 lamps above it, but no table or light on the other side, which was only a foot or so from the wall. Amenities? A drained pool with nasty green water standing in it and a laundry room seemed to be the amenities. The property was quiet and the staff pleasant, but we definitely won't stay here again."

"We were traveling in from Michigan to an area we've never been to before, to Visit family. Minnie was very good with communication and offered suggestions to things in the area. The house was very clean and comfortable. There's only one TV thats in the main living area. The Wifi was a bit spotty but it would pick up again after a few minutes. The couch was pretty comfortable, the other little couch and chairs seemed like they should be for a patio but they were okay for when we sat on them. We had trouble with the refrigerator not getting cold the first two days which unfortunately we lost out on quite a bit of money spent on food to last us for the time of the trip, but we communicated that with Minnie and within a matter of 2 hours she had a repair person there to figure it out. He was able to fix the issue, and we were able to get a bit of a refund on the food we lost out on. The location was perfect as far as being close to the roads and shopping etc. clean and well kept neighborhood with a community pool. We didn't get to enjoy the pool but walking by there were families enjoying it and it looked like a good size with a bathroom house. If we're in the area again I'd definitely stay again!"

"Everything was excellent, except for some limit on breakfast selection, and the person who was supposed to be replenishing was not being attentive. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioned, and a nice fresh smell to the property. The dining area was really comfortable and pretty. There was an extra bathroom on the first floor for gas that was always clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful. The pool area was very clean and the pool water was nice and clear but water was a little too cold. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area."

"This place was fantastic for a one-bedroom accommodation! It had everything we needed for bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, laundry, and outdoor space! There was coffee available. There was shampoo, soap, and towels, and they had a washer and dryer inside as well. We had a great time!"
