「Overall, the property was very nice. The location wasn’t as busy as the rest of the units, we were located at the end. We booked with only 4 guests to enjoy the house to ourselves. The game room was nice, the boys loved it. The unit is very spacious. Kitchen has air fryer, microwave, toaster, essentials we needed. The pool was clean, house appeared clean. 「My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!」

「Overall we were happy with the property! Our kids enjoyed the pool and the themed rooms.The front door lock was a bit hard to figure out at first, but the house was ready when we arrived at check in. The minimal toiletries that they stated would be there weren't (other than a trash bag), so we had to run out immediately after arriving for toilet paper and paper towels. Bummer they dont offer the Resort ammenties or we would book again next time to golf as well.」

「Weather was perfect. Location and view were even better than expected. While there are trees on the lot. There is plenty of sun on the pool area. The retractable awning was a nice addition and supplied relief when we wanted shade. Great golf course, near perfect condition. The club house is very nice. Food prices are very reasonable. We messaged owner about the in home temperature and thermostat not working but did not hear back through vrbo messaging, so we delt with it being 80-83 degrees inside the home.
