Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the CostWe were extremely disappointed with this property. When we arrived, the cleaner was still outside waiting for a ride, giving rude looks toward my family, and even left trash by the trees. Not a great first impression. The biggest concern was discovering a camera on the neighbor’s property directly facing the pool of the home we rented. Our teenage children had already been swimming, and this felt like a major invasion of privacy. The property manager did look into it after we reported it, but the response was not reassuring. The home itself felt very lived-in and needs upgrades. The furniture—especially the “sofa”—felt more like outdoor patio seating. For the price we paid (almost 5,000), we expected a comfortable and private stay. Instead, we were uncomfortable enough that we left two days early. We’ve stayed with Diamond Vacation Homes before and had great experiences, but the quality has noticeably declined while the price has gone up. I recommend researching carefully before booking, as this property was not worth the cost.
