As you approach Villa Tropicana, the blue skies and bright Florida sunshine compliment the many palm, lemon and orange trees that surround the home’s exterior. When you enter the villa, a tropical-colored interior soothingly paints the home with a refreshing glow. There are 3 bedrooms (one of them a king suite with a romantic canopy bed), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It is the perfect place to vacation comfortably and luxuriously.

There is free wireless Internet access, a flat screen TV with a home theater system in the lounge, TVs in all bedrooms and a game room. Phone calls in the U.S. and Canada are free.

Great get away in Florida golfing area

Great location to be close to Disney and Orlando area but in a quiet golf community. The property overlooks the golf course and has full sun all day.

We had a great time!

We had a great time and stay at our vacation house. The house was clean and pretty, spaceous and had a nice pool. Haines City is a nice place to stay with lots of eating and grocery shops in the neighbourhood. And close to all the attraction parks.

I was in town for a quick trip. Check in process was easy, Beds are comfortable. Great neighborhood on the golf course. House was clean, everything worked, kitchen was adequately supplied with cooking utensils. I would stay here again.

Spacious home with great location!

This is one of the best homes I've had the pleasure of staying in. It is very spacious, well kept and a beautiful and convenient location. There is an entrance gate that is always station with a guard which added an extra sense of security for my family. The host even created a fun little treasure hunt that my children enjoyed! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a family vacation.

Great Getaway

Super convenient! Wish I knew about this place before this trip! The house is a very comfortable size for a family of 4-6. Everything about the place was fantastic! Communication with the host was quick and the small issue of extra towels was resolved quickly. The community is great- peaceful and unique, established and comfortable. I will absolutely look to book this place again!

Enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. Master bed was comfortable. Pool was nice in the evening. We choose to stay here to be in between Legoland and Disney property. It took about 30 minutes to get to Legoland and about 45 minutes to get to Disney Springs. We found the house to be clean and didn’t have any issues while there. Husband loved being on the golf course and had to play 1 morning.

Great Spring get a way

Weather was perfect. Location and view were even better than expected. While there are trees on the lot. There is plenty of sun on the pool area. The retractable awning was a nice addition and supplied relief when we wanted shade. Great golf course, near perfect condition. The club house is very nice. Food prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to possibly vacating again at this site

This place was paradise. We had a great time. The place is clean and qas just like the photos. I would recommend and stay here again.The only bad review i have about this place is the parking. The road is very small and there was a huge white truck out front of our property the whole time. There were no places to park more than 1 vehicle and company had a hard time finding a place to park.

Clean but needs work

Very clean.Perfect location for sun,walk to stores and trips out.However the villa could benefit from a few extras ie.a drying rack for dripping bathers,mirrors in the bedrooms and more storage space as most of the drawers were full of owners belongings.All furniture very old,beds in two rooms were so noisy and extremly uncomfortable and please,please renew the sofas.They are just covered wood,no stuffing and terrible to sit on.Would use the villa again but it needs some updating.Oh tree on the driveway needs trimming as difficult to open car door.Pool was very green and not cleaned until our second week where the cleaner left the filter debris on the side for us to dispose of.
