「Breakfast was packaged and the tv in lobby did not work」

「I used to stay at this hotel monthly. I have since moved to the area and now when my family come to visit they stay here. The elevator never works which is really inconvenient trying to get kids up and down from the top floor several times a day. I am not sure why they would even use the rooms on the top floors knowing the elevator doesn't work or is on the brink of not working. Other than that breakfast is great. The staff is great. It's just the elevators! 」

「Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Our room refrigerator had leftover melted ice cream in the freezer which is still there by the way, we left it. We had a very sticky rusted trash can in the area to use.The fold out couch was very uncomfortable to use and we had to ask for sheets and pillows and make it ourselves to use it. Room wasnt cleaned our first morning even though we left before 11am. Came back to a dirty room with no clean towels but when I asked for clean towels someone...

「The room was dirty. The pull out couch was convenient however when the cushions were pulled off there was dirt/crumbs as well as 3 small plastic bags that had a small amount of white crystal like powder in them. The blanket/cover was dirty. When I brought to the attention of the man at the counter he didn’t seem to care. And brushed it off. I had children with me. I asked for a partial refund and a different room but comparable room i was told there were no more rooms to accommodate me. I am...

「The Staff was great and the room was very clean only thing is they may need to renovate some the rooms walls and ceilings in the future alot of cracks and damages also walkway path cement should be done over it was badly cracked」

「Stayed here for just a night over Easter weekend. We were greeted by the owner, Christina. She was lovely, accommodating, and warm. She let us borrow a few things for the beach and directed us to our room. The room was nice. Two queen beds, comfortable. The A/C was cold and the TV worked. The only issue we had was the neighboring room had a dog that kept barking in the daytime, but it wasn’t really that distracting. We had a great stay, and plan on coming back. 」
