「We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. But geez, can’t they...

「I thought it was a very nice place to stay for the money. There are restaurants and shopping that you can walk to. It was very clean and not outdated. Breakfast was just OK. The pool looked good but we did not use it. We saw others swimming there. I would recommend it to others. 」
