「Small but lovely rooms. The staff is fantastic. The lakeside rooms have an absolutely amazing view! We dined in the dinning room two nights. Food and service were very good. Breakdast was also very good.」

「We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance.
