Great service & location

Great location and quiet spot! we stayed for 3 nights with a 1 year old kid. They provided us with a playpen. AC in both room. Cleaning every day with fresh towels! We had a lot of options for food right below the apartment! We loved it!

Our balcony was a nice amenity and worth the increased room rate to walk out onto the balcony. We saw the Royal Palace just outside our room and a lively piazza. The balcony door did insulate the room from street noise. Traffic below the balcony was heavy from 5pm to 9pm, but quiet afterwards. The bathroom had big fluffy towels and a nice free standing drying rack. The shower was spacious shower. The bed comfort was satisfactory. There are adequate electrical outlets for charging telephones. An espresso maker in the common are was a very nice amenity. Breakfast was provided by using a coupon at a nearby cafe. The coupon included cappuccino, fresh squeezed orange juice, water and a pastry. The walnut pastry was amazing. Automobile parking was off-site. It is not included in the room rate and it is not free. Metered parking goes from 8am to 9pm. Overnight it is free. The parking pay kiosks did not accept credit cards, so you must have plenty of coins. Visitors can park only in a limited number of blue outlined spaces, located about 250 m away.

Perfect location to visit the Reggia

In easy walking distance of the train station and even easier walking distance to Reggia. We didn’t allow ourselves enough time to explore Reggia let alone Caserta. Very good food local to the B&B and very accommodating hosts. Highly recommended

The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. the air conditioner was noisy, the neighborhood was dirty, graffiti everywhere, and unsafe to park my vehicle. Had to pay for secure parking which was not close. The unit is not in a hotel and the building was dirty in appearance.

Le palais royal est à vos pieds

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse à quelques pas du palais royal. Tout est extra dans la chambre. Le café/restaurant du petit déjeuner est très bien et l'aperitivo du soir extra. Bonsoir conseils de l'équipe de réception. Très animé le soir attention aux personnes ayant un sommeil léger.

Bellissimo e comodo

Ho trascorso due splendide giornate a Caserta soggiornando in questo fantastico B&B. Lo consiglio vivamente perchè si trova proprio davanti alla Reggia e a soli 5 minuti dalla stazione. La mia camera, la n.4, era luminosa e pulitissima, oltre che molto spaziosa e dotata di un bagno con doccia ad ampio getto. Ottima anche la colazione al bar vicino dove si possono scegliere ben quattro cose da mangiare. Un ringraziamento al proprietario che è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Ottima esperienza veramente eccezionale per essere un beb è molto meglio di tanti alberghi a 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato, complimenti a Levio per il servizio offerto, consiglio vivamente a tutti. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, praticamente eravamo nella Reggia. Ancora complimenti anche per la colazione al bar vicino ottima.

B&B consigliatissimo!

B&B in posizione eccellente per visitare la Reggia. Camera confortevole, pulitissima. Bagno con grande doccia estremamente pulito. Il bar presso cui si effettua la colazione è vicinissimo, con personale gentilissimo e pronto a servirti una colazione abbondante e completa. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, pronto ad assistere i suoi ospiti per qualsiasi esigenza.

L'insolita reggia.... per davvero!!!

Appartamento ottimamente rifinito, pulito, accogliente completo di tutti i comfort, ne consiglio fortemente la scelta per chi non vuole muoversi in macchina e godere in pieno della visita alla Reggia. Convenzionato con un parcheggio custodito a pagamento, abbiamo avuto uno sconto consistente pagando per 24 ore solo 20 euro invece di 48. Ottimo anche per soggiorni di più giorni, in quanto lo stesso è fornito di cucina con tutto l'occorrente per poter cucinare in autonomia.
