「A great inn—in the true sense of the word—lovely cozy rooms, great beds, nice touches, and a great breakfast!」

「We were going to stay two nights there, but ended up leaving within five minutes viewing. It had bad odour of cigarette smoke and mold. In addition, the room was incredibly dirty with stains on the carpet and hair on the bed. It is not maintained professionally and therefore shouldn’t be offered to the public until it is put into serviceable condition. It was very disappointing. 」

「The Heron is a very well maintained vintage building with the creature comforts and customer service to entice me to want to return for a longer visit. There’s ample parking and we were able to plug in our electric car. The lobby area features an appealing lounge with massive fireplace and seating as well as the breakfast dining area. Breakfast was of a good standard with fruit and eggs made to order . The rooms have a mixture of vintage charm and expansive windows along with a nice bathroom...

「Old and charismatic house. Lovely place to stay for a more intimate stay in Port Townsend. Absolutely loved the breakfasts each morning, cooked by staff. Not your typical continental breakfast - much better!」

「The property was very peaceful and absolutely gorgeous, the only issue we had was how hot the room was at night. I had to replace the thermostat batteries with the remote batteries just so it would work. 12am it was 80° in our room with the windows fully open and the fans going. But we will be back someday! 」

「Our stay at Cottage Lake Bed and Breakfast was very relax full. The natural beauty of the & B is breathtaking. We viewed and connected with so much of site-seeing of otters, variety of birds, fish and ducklings, not to forget about the breathtaking view of the stars and moonlight. The treehouse is a great area to view the lake and to meditate. The owners Bet, John and their greeter Sadie are very welcoming. We will return to this B & B and will be telling our friends of this extraordinary...

「Had a perfect night away with my granddaughter at the Comforts of Whidbey Winery an B & B. It is a quiet, beautiful property just outside of Langley. The owner was engaging, helpful and also a wonderful chef. She prepared and served a delicious breakfast for us before sending us on our way with helpful and informative information about the communities and sites on Whidbey Island.」

「When I checked in I was told Expedia made a mistake and the king with a hot tub that I paid for was not correct and our room did not include a hot tub. If we wanted the room with a hot tub it would be an extra $75.00 on top of the $206.00 I paid Expedia」

The wine was so good we ended up taking a few bottles back home with us. We look forward to staying many more times in the future. 」
