"Beautiful Cozy Cottage … So Comfortable with amazing Lake, Forest, Mountain View’s!!! "

"Very nice location with lovely lake views. Comfortable and spacious interior.However, upon entering, with 102 outside, we found that no portable air conditioners were present and working, despite being advised by phone they would be present. 2 inefficient portable fans simply weren’t enough to move the air around all the rooms.However, after a call into the agency to request the A/C units, a rep arrived and discovered 2 units in boxes in the locked basement. She carried them upstairs, and set them up. We had to move them around as there were only 2, but it became cool enough to enjoy the living and sleeping spaces.Two suggestions: please replace most of the frying pans. They are old and look hazardous. For the price per night that we paid, nice kitchen utensils, neatly organized would be appreciated.And: replace the weather stripping around the exterior laundry door. The smokey outside air infiltrated the laundry."

"We appreciated the common spaces (kitchen/living/dining area and deck) and the opportunity for those who wanted active days to find ample excellent hiking, while there were pleasant slower paced options available at the cabin or a short drive to the lake. Great place for a family getaway."

"While on a lengthy road trip to celebrate our anniversary, we stayed at The Crow's Nest for a couple of nights. Such a treat!Our focus for this part of the trip was seeing Leavenworth; it's about a half hour away and is a fun tourist destination. The only real hiccup was at check in, the code to the electronic lock wasn't working right, but a quick phone call solved that.The solitude; the peace and quiet made for a restful stay, I think the loudest noise I heard the whole time there was a blue jay who seemed to think he owned the place.The kitchen has everything one needs to cook and serve meals- that's good as the nearest restaurant is a fair bit away. If the skies are clear, don't forget to look up- there is practically zero light pollution and the sheer number of visible stars is incredible."

"Nothing but praise for our stay! The owner is very easy to contact and patient with questions. The lodge was very well stocked with amenities: kid equipment, towels, dishes, silverware and glasses, blankets, kitchen supplies. Our sons are all foodies and found any pans they needed for food prep. The only thing you might want to bring is toys for little peeps. Great place to make memories!"

"Perfect size home on the lake. Clean and well stocked. Bbq’d each evening after hanging out on our floaties. Small rocky beach- bring some river shoes for ease of entering water:)"

"Stairs to the second floor are impossible to gonupnand down for elderly and children. Stairs do not meet any building code. BBQ was not functional. "
