The staff were not only courteous and efficient, they went out of their way to accommodate my every need unexpectedly as I don’t speak Spanish. Thankfully several of them did.

It was easy and comfortable. Javier was also punctual as much as he can. I took the tram to the mountains to see the views of Quito then spent 4 hrs at the Middle of the World park.
