My mattress was really worn out. I had roaches in my room. Nasty smells. Carpets old and filthy. Homeless people sleeping under the stairs. It seems it’s a property for section 8 beneficiaries, not really an hotel for traveling people.

I rented a room in this place on a recommendation from a friend because it was near her house and she said it was a nice area; which it was. When I went up to the 3rd floor to my assigned room I immediately felt unsafe. There were children running around the hallways while a woman ate out in the open. Then there were 3 dudes who I could tell were up to no good. They were all looking and making comments about my sneakers. Had any of them asked what was my sneaker size it would have been a serious problem. I asked the woman who checked me in to change my room to the first floor. She did and the moment I walked in there were a few roaches running around. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

They have roaches everywhere kids had to sleep in car,only came in to take shower,and after shower shake clothes out and check for more roaches,Hallways stink,You got people sleeping in the hallways,toilet constantly backing up and when I ask for a plunger the MANAGER got mad terrible place to stay

1. No staff at the counter at 8.45pm onwards, the shutters are down 9pm onwards , huge inconvenient when checked-in late night as no one was there and shutters were down 2. No room cleaning in 3 days of stay 3. No cups/glass, no utensil in the kitchen 4. No TOILET pater holder in the bathroom 5. No Iron/iron board in the room 6. Water or soda dispenser in the lobby out of service 7. If room key is displaced, the hotel will charge $25 8. Toiletry are not provided 9. Room was not cleaned in three days of stay As the long-member of Expedia, the suggestion for expedia is to review the hotels in their website listing. Expedia should return our money for this pathetic experience.

Issues: I Couldn’t check in until about 4pm room wasn’t done getting cleaned Our room was in the back on the lot of the hotel it was men standing all in the parking lot One man was cutting hair in the bushesthe bushes also man standing outside all day and night Lastly the back door opens without a key unsafe! Room was clean Room had bare minimum essentials lol There is a stove no cups plates bowls spoons though Beds hard af
