"I was traveling and decided to stay at the Hotel Broadalbin. It is a nicely restored 170+ yr old hotel with restaurant/bar on the main street in a small village. Had a nice chat with the owner. It has the feel of stepping back in time. All the rooms were restored a few years ago and have that 19th century feel, antique furniture, etc. The bed was comfortable. I liked the smart Roku TV. I stayed there again the following week when i came back through. So much nicer than any of the chain hotels. "

"This home has a beautiful DIRECT view of the Lake! It was spacious and very clean! The owner tended to our every need including a refrigerator replacement!!!The number of bedrooms was sufficient for our party. Access to the lake via boats was plentiful. He even included firewood for us and propane gas for the gas grill! The home is located on a main road but also directly on the lake so the front bedrooms have to contend w a little road noise of vehicles passing through during the early morning hours but for the most part of the day the place is completely serene! Would definitely book again and is great for families or multiple guests! The fall foliage was just turning when we arrived and was pleasing to the eye! Book today and you won’t be disappointed!!!"
