「I loved the staff, they were super friendly and not phased by a wet cyclist (me).」

「When I arrived, I was greeted by a member of the staff very friendly showed me the emergency and we standing case emergency showed me to my room and carried my things for me had an evening meal there and it was amazing and I had this morning which was also amazing everything was so nice and friendly. The room was clean. The parking was excellent nothing to complain about it all in fact I’m going back there next week and it was so nice.」

「Please do not book! Worst experience I’ve ever had. This establishment is well past its prime and I’ve stayed in better hostels and received more professionalism. In a nut shell I was expected to stay in this shabby, run down establishment over a full weekend in a unkept, unclean horrible environment with no television which was falling off the wall and a sticky remote which didn’t work and no signal due to apparent high winds damaging the aerial which meant every tv in the hotel didn’t work....
