「The advertised hotel was not what we received. On arrival the building seemed to be rundown not like the photos. We complained about the lack of car parking, and had to park in a car park 200 mtrs away. The first room, the toilet was not working, the room was in need of a face lift, looked unclean. Second room was not much better, the shower had no screen so water was spilling on the floor. The toilet need to be cleaned. The staff, when you could find them had no idea about customer service....

「Positioned in a great area, this hotel offered amazing value! Smooth check-in with friendly staff. My room was affordable and comfy, with excellent amenities including fast free WiFi. It exceeded my expectations on all fronts!」
