「The room was clean. The lobby was nice, but the carpet upstairs and the elevators need some help. The breakfast was minimal but adequate. I is very close to the airport in a safe area and is a good value.」

「Located right off the Ferry across from the Police Department. Small rooms, shared bathrooms pleasant and wonderful proprietors, early check in, beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Its right in the center of a thriving busy night life. Would love to stay longer next time and take advantage of the bicycles and pickleball.」

「Great location right off the highway an near shopping centers and restaurants. Breakfast was decent. Pool looked dirty and smelled like chlorine heavily. The toilets are extremely loud you cannot flush at night or it will wake everyone up. The beds are extremely uncomfortable pillows are not helpful to off set how bad the mattress is you can fill every lump and coil the mattress has. I am not sure if it was just are mattress but both beds in are room where terrible. If you have back issues I do...

「Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. 」

「We stayed at this hotel for a week. Facility is not new but enough for sleeping after sightseeing NYC. Walls are thin, so sometimes I could hear too much from my neighbor's room . I didn’t care about that so much.」
