The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful even at the late hour of my check in. Breakfast was excellent as was the staff stocking it and maintaining the eating area. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Be careful when you book a king suite! I don’t mind that it was a handicapped room but the tub had to be filled using the shower! No water faucet to fill the tub! I felt springs through the mattress and I’ve never had this experience at this hotel where I am a rewards member! Reina in the kitchen is personable, professional and has kept the buffet clean and very presentable! I even saw her cleaning the hallway as she greeted me as I passed her by! Reina made a bad experience not so bad as she smiled and greeted me at breakfast each day! I am a swimmer but the pool is very cold and the workout room is small and limited! There were people in the parking area screaming and smoking whatever but it’s sad that this hotel has declined!

The room was freshly cleaned and ready on time. The breakfast was ok. This feels more like a continental breakfast. The eggs are not fresh, just re-heated. No meat options if I recall. Still decent. Parking was fine. NO issues. The staff were great. The real reason for 3 stars is the pool and fitness center are laughable at best. The pool water is murky and looks unclean. The fitness center has a single all-in-one weight training machine and it is broken due to the plastic casing stripping. It is unusable and I managed to insure myself trying to fix it. My mnistake, I will heal, no biggie.
