"Rooms were very well cleaned and looked after. Majority of staff where very helpfull. Taxi service to aid hotel was very poor. Parking was disorganised with cars parking in random places. Having to carry down deck chairs to beach is poor in the year 2026. Having to get a gym card every morning for gym access is not acceptable, surely room key card should be suffice."

Loved the room and cannot say enough about the reception staff who answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations regarding the Moros y Cristianos festival. "The hotel is dated, got a 1980s vibe but its clean and functional. Also, very well located, walk out the front, take a left and its all there. Explore some of the streets behind the hotel, some great places to eat."

"Staff were very friendly, arrival and departure was quick and easy. Pool was great with a nice bar area that served reasonably priced drinks. The breakfast buffet was great, there was a fantastic choice and a chef to cook extra bits like eggs and pancakes. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem was a kitchenette area with a fridge. however, there was nothing to use, no cutlery, plates and the hobs had been replaced, although it looked like an induction hob when we first arrived. It meant when we returned from the supermarket the first night we couldn't do anything. Staff in general were great but we did have an issue where we were going to a wedding, i asked for an iron but this never arrived despite asking 3 times, twice at reception and a phone call which meant i had to leave with creased clothes, not ideal."
