"This hotel feels work in progress. AC is positioned in a weird way that doesn’t cool the entire room. Bathroom was a weird layout with big hamam area and a small shower without a shower door, and had some pipes exposed behind the sink. Slow service at breakfast, they gave us hard and cold bread and diluted watery jams, butter was also frozen. Housekeeping didn’t clean the shower and didn’t change the bedsheets once during our 4-nights stay. They often forgot to supply toilet paper, water bottles etc. When we asked, the staff were helpful but also acted defensive whenever we gave honest feedback. The location is nice and hotel looks great from the outside, but once you stay you’ll notice there are plenty missing. "
