"Exceptional, high end hotel. Wonderful staff and terrific ambience. Bar/restaurant can get crowded for sunset views from non staying customers, I would suggest prioritizing bookings in this way, with walk-ins on a first come first serve basis. There are a lot of cats on property, very pet friendly, but flagging for those with allergies or phobias."

"Buffet style breakfast was good. Lots of food to choose from. View from the rooftop was amazing! Hotel was clean and the room is very spacious, but the floor is a bit worn out/uneven in our room. Didn't impact our overall enjoyment though! Reception staff were very helpful with booking hot air balloon rides. I would go elsewhere for other tours as it is pricey to book with the hotel. (60 euro at hotel vs 40-45 euro elsehwere for red/green tours)"
