Nice place to stay close to nice bars and restaurants in just walking distance. Excellent service from staff, at the check in there was an issue with the reservation but it was solved quickly.

Location was excellent, staff lovely and a super breakfast…..if you’re looking to see the balloons go up at sunrise this is the hotel for you. 2 minutes from the centre of the town which again was excellent. I booked two rooms, one was ok but just remember you’re in volcanic rock, quirky and great value. The other room, room 3 had a stale smell and the shower didn’t run away which I think was causing the smell. I would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to others just maybe avoid room 3 😁

Our room was very clean and real feeling of the cave. Staff were super helpful, nice and welcoming, specially Hasib went above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. He deserves the respect. Breakfast was good and nice Teras to enjoy the breakfast. I would recommend this place

Oh my god! This was an amazing experience staying at Turan. Wonderful staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They helped us book activities on discounted price. We had a Lovely time. We Recommend them 110%.

Very nice hotel with excellent views, nice service , breakfast was awesome. I would recommend this hotel, is in the walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Hotel can book your reservations for all tours and guide you step by step.

This property is so beautiful with all of its seating areas and vistas and gardens and nooks and crannies. The rooms were comfortable. Great shower. Not the best breakfast but definitely adequate. Perfectly situated.
