「This is a free-standing auxilliary unit in the backyard of a restored bungalow.Very charming. It is small, with one bedroom, and a couch that was comfortable to sleep on but does not open up into a bed, so it is really set up for a couple, or a single and a friend, rather than a family with children.The bathroom is new and the shower great. We loved the walkability of the historical downtown which is close by and the charming neighborhood. You can also walk to some excellent restaurants and...

「We had a wonderful stay at the Coastaal Cottage. It is beautiful and had everything that we needed」

「The house is very comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. It is located on the second row only a short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the living room couch. We saw a dolphin from the back porch. The beds were comfortable. We really liked the “hidden” kitchen table drawers where the utensils were kept. The greenery in front of the house provided privacy and a sound barrier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 」

「Every thing was ok the first night, the second day and night we had no air conditioner and we were very hot and uncomfortable. The 3rd day we were very hot and that night we were freezing because of the wiring we couldn’t adjust or turn down the air conditioner making it very cold and uncomfortable again 」

「Very nice cottage. Secure fenced yard for dogs. Across the street from police station, and very short walk to waterfront. Highly recommend. 」

「excellent property for those who want a good location in "old Atlantic Beach". Easy to walk to beach, quiet, nice back yard, wireless connection was excellent for viewing streaming. A neat little house. I will definitely stay here again. All we needed but not like a shiny condo just built. I prefer the atmosphere of old Atlantic Beach and the traditional cottage feel. If you like that, you will really like this place.」

「place was fantastic all around great local food place to eat and so much to see and very very quiet 」

「The home owner was very nice and helpful everything was clean was very nice for my wife and friends 」

「The place met all our needs. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the 3 adults and 1 child who stayed. The house was clean; the kitchen had enough supplies for making meals; and the house was very comfortable. The best part was that the house was 1.5 blocks to the beach!Our host did a great job of communicating with us and provided a detailed list of places to visit and to eat. We enjoyed our stay immensely!」

「The house is older and there has been updates made. Kitchen is FANTASTIC. The bathrooms have had some updates but needs to have at least 1 hand held shower . There was rat turds behind the couch upstairs. There needs to be a tv added to one of the downstairs bedrooms. Also there needs to be proper bed frames for the beds. 1 bed was knocked out of alignment and wobbled until we fixed it 」
