Villa Seascape has been newly designed into a higher standard of modern style. Note all new furniture, bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, LED lighting and comfortable wood optic floors throughout the open floor plan. All three bedrooms provide king size beds and TVs - ample space for up to six guests. Both the primary suite and junior suite have direct access to the pool. The third bedroom has a full bathroom adjacent. The spacious primary suite offers a comfortable sitting area, walk-in closet, toilet room, two vanities, luxurious soaking tub, walk-in shower with natural stone flooring and additional rain shower. There is even an office for remote work in paradise.

This upscale “8 Lakes” neighborhood is also favorable to boaters for it's quick gulf access through the beautiful Rose Garden area. By car you can explore downtown Cape within minutes. Enjoy lots of shopping and restaurants or just take a leisurely stroll to nearby Rotary Park. After a long day of vacation, perhaps spend a cozy evening preparing a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or BBQ area then enjoy your private dinner outdoors on the lanai with your favorite music and an unforgettable sunset panorama.

In consideration of guest with allergies, pets are not allowed. This is a non smoking Villa. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor area. Thank you very much for understanding.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
