「There is no better place to stay in Baddeck!」

「The view was stunning ! The staff were so friendly. The food was pretty good. The room was not clean at all. I used an entire pack of baby wipes to clean the floor. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and there appeared to be dirty / unfolded bedding on the entry shelf.」

「Pool was a bonus on a hot day, and the staff was over and above for help and local info.」

「Needs an update. Room was run down - holes in wall and carpet. Bed seemed to be broken. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was ok and nice not to have to leave hotel to find breakfast.」

「I feel that a 4pm check-in time is absolutely ridiculous. There are some guests that stay one night and are leaving on the 5am flight. With your check-in time those guests are not in your hotel for 12 hours and paying $300+ for the night. Beautiful hotel and view but 4pm is wrong. Hire some more cleaning staff again. Cutbacks are best in other sectors not cleaning staff.」
