Wasn’t provided complementary breakfast so no idea about it. Not enough selection at bar. No exhaust fan in the washroom. Television set won’t work. The property felt kinda a old.

Hotel stay was okay, only Issue I had was with the tub when taking shower water did not drain all through. Called front desk to help fix or change rooms. Was unsolved. There are few guests whom like to ask for a smoke when outside Staff was friendly

Check-in was quick and easy, room was modern but basic, and clean. The paint job in the bathroom could have been better but that’s just cosmetic and did not impact my stay. The food at the restaurant on-site is good, and the new pub “Second Encore Pub” located within the hotel is awesome, best of luck to Duane and Jenn on this endeavour. The music inspiration for the pub and decor is awesome be sure to stop in and have a pint.

This hotel's reach exceeds its grasp. It aspires to be a run-of-the-mill hotel and part of a chain but it fails repeatedly. I was dismayed from the very first by the fact that there are luggage charts but no way to use them because the rooms are upstairs but there is no elevator and you can't drag a luggage cart up a flight of stairs. The hallway to our room was dim and made dimmer by the black-painted woodwork and doors and red accent pieces in the hall. If it were meant to be sophisticated it looked gloomy instead. The room was sufficiently clean but dim because some of the lamps didn't work and there was no overhead lighting. When I went to take a bath we had to call the front desk to supply a stopper for the bathtub. The clerk was very helpful but had to search all the unused rooms to find the single stopper in the hotel. The windows don't open and the room was stuffy and hot at night. Unless you ask, the sheets are changed every three days. I don't know what day I was there but they seemed OK and I hoped for the best. We didn't try the breakfast because, judging from the menu, it was the same kind of food that we get for free in most other hotel chains. I hope there is another choice for hotels in Sydney when I return because I do not want to repeat this experience.

Our only concern what that the heater/AC unit in our room was extremely dirty. The fins on unit NEED to be cleaned immediately. Felt we were breathing dusty air all night. Husband is a volunteer firefighter and considered this situation a fire hazard. Management was made aware when we checked out.

Don’t stay here if you need to sleep. The walls are paper thin and the staff does nothing to ensure quiet hours. The dozen kids running up and down our hall until 12:30am seemed to have had a great time, though.

Our stay was for 1 night only. The staff were very helpful and happy to oblige in any way. But this resort is OLD and although cleaned as best could be, the room was adequate at best. Our king sized bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we had a good night's sleep. But some things were just very old and outdated. the hallways were very tired and dismal decor. The bathtub was clean but stained from years of use. The white shower curtain was clean but almost grey from use. There were some nice touches - a flower arrangement with our towel on our bed. We did not try the breakfast or check out the pool. This was not the type of room where I would enjoy staying in the room for a few hours to relax during the day. Location was good. I would only stay here again if my regular choices were full up and we needed a room for a night.

When I varrived i noticed thecremote would not conrol the volume of the tv and the tv power could not be switched with remote. Told the front desk and they took no action. I then discovered the telephone did not work. Again I asked the front desk to fix the problem and they did nothing. Having no phone means no 911 service in an emergency. Not impressed by the staff at this hotel.

Staff was friendly, but room wasn’t very clean. It smelled like bleach and mould. They clearly didn’t even wipe the bathroom counter as there was old dried toothpaste all over it. And the floor seemed like it was falling apart. The shower was old and outdated and overall condition of room was in rough shape. Don’t be fooled by the pictures like I was! I would definitely recommend spending a little more on something decent!
