The place is really nice, cozy, very charming and somehow felt like home. The location is great and beautiful.Communication was great with a fast response through the app and were very helpful on the phone.I would definitely stay there again!
Overall great stay. Clean, easy to access, plenty of parking, plenty of towels and toiletries, and beautiful location. Good communication from owners from start to finish with an easy checkout process - did not request that we do 900 things haha! Would love to stay again come summer.
I stayed at this home with my wife and two boys (17 and 14). The home was clean and very comfortable. The pictures were spot on. Would definitely recommend this house for a family. The deer around the area was amazing. Great Place!!!
We recently stayed near Canyon Lake for a much-needed family getaway, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home
Comfortable and relaxing! The house had what we needed to enjoy the lake and was a short 30 minute drive from the local attractions we wanted to visit. Mornings on the porch were the best!
Great vacation, great house with aenities, little far to New Braunfels but overall not bad. Getting in and out of the neighborhood will.make you dizzy, twisty roads. 😊
We had a great stay.
Enjoyed the house and the location. Lots of room to relax. Quiet neighborhood. We saw lots of deer and foxes that came right to the yard. The water is extremely low, but that did not stop us! We brought a float dock and floats to get in the waters. We enjoyed it and would love to come back when the water rises more.
RENTER BE WARE! This listing is a LIE, plain and simple. Not Waterfront!
This listing says "Waterfront". This place is not water front, it is water adjacent. The listing is a lie and the property managers are liars. They did not collect the 2nd half of my payment and said they would look at a refund of some of the rental once it was paid in full. Once I paid the balance in good faith, the property managers stopped texting me back.

It’s OK
The residence itself wasn’t bad. Location wasn’t too bad. No amenities for sure. Lacked in various categories in kitchen. The cleanliness wasn’t great. Lots of dust. The resort fee for using the hot tub was ridiculous. That is part of the property. Had a very nice top and bottom porch. Bottom floor is dated, but the top wasn’t bad. Had a huge hot water issue that went on, but they tried to correct it by fixing. Didn’t really work on taking care of us in the end.
I LOVED this house for multiple reasons. First, the hosts are amazing at communicating. Any questions I had they got back to me within 20 minutes. I have my dad brothers and 3 year old son. I was nervous about there being so many stairs, THEY HAD GATES! At the top and most bottoms and that alone I would give a 10/10. It was so peaceful to know he couldn’t go up and down them inside or outside. Secondly, fully gated yard. Loved that for the same reason. The house was beautiful and so cozy, they had everything I could have needed. The beach walk down was amazing! I felt like we had our own little private beach. AND THE DEER. They were everywhere and I personally loved it. With being so close to the water I was expecting mosquitoes but I didn’t see any.All the activities we wanted to do where 30 minutes to an hour away but I don’t mind the drive for the peace and quiet. I would 100% go back. I think my only criticism is there were gaps under some the balcony gates big enjoy a young kid could try to climb through. But if you are outside with them it wouldn’t be an issue. And a family member mentioned some of the flooring was loose on the stairs but I never noticed. It’s such a gem of a place!
Five great days in Canyon Lake! This was our first visit to this region, and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!Centrally located to most destinations in the Central Texas Hill Country. A few of the things folks should check out while there: (Canyon Lake) - Lake access for fishing and swimming - recommend going to Comal Park for easy access to the water while it is low, otherwise you can walk down to the lake from the house. Wildflour Artisan Bakery & Grill is great (two locations, SW and N sides of the lake), the wildlife is everywhere, and the sunsets and/or lightning shows are fantastic. (Gruene) - Grist Mill for eating, Gruene Dance Hall for music and dancing.(Wimberly) - Great little town to wander the shops, walk the trails, and stop at the Honeysuckle Restaurant on the return drive to Canyon Lake.(Fredricksberg) - Stop at Luchenback on the way to Fredericksburg, check out the Museum of the Pacific, food, wines, and boutiques. Many more items ... we just ran out of time!
We loved our stay, perfect get away! Plenty of space for multiple families. There’s a downstairs office with no windows that was great for our 5 month old, fit his pack n play perfectly. Upstairs has a bedroom with a huge closet, looks like an extra room, would be great for another pack n play or air mattress! They had a high hair seat, pack n play and bumbo seat we were able to use. The beds are some of the most comfortable we have ever slept on, comforters are so soft. Everything was very clean and I’m ocd and pretty picky! The water access was incredible. We brought our kayaks (our favorite thing to do in the beautiful water) but they had one and some floats available to use. Smart tvs everywhere, refrigerators, and a working/clean ice maker.
The grill was rusted so we couldn’t cook outside as planned, we let the management company know though and it seems to be handled. Didn’t use the hot tub because it was too hot but those were the only negatives and no big deal! Loved our stay regardless, we’ll be back!
Walk right down to the Lake into a cute little beach area..
Wow! This place is comfy and cozy. It really is a home away from home. The 2nd story balcony allows for a beautiful overlook onto the turquoise colored lake. The small red colored deck outside the gate by the trees is perfect for coffee in the morning. We will be back!
