"It was a very nice hotel. The only thing that I was very unhappy was that if you rent a room with no view, that means there’s no window at all so you’re in just four walls. I thought that should’ve been a note of not knowing no view means there’s no windows. "We had wonderful stay, The room was clean & WiFi excellent signal. The swimming pool was great for granddaughters 9 & 7. There was Netflix available for our granddaughters to view the favorite shows. The only downside was the lack of furniture, e.g. loveseat sofa & easy chairs to sit and viewed the Cartagena skyline from our stunning view from our 11th floor room. There was one chair for the 4 occupants in our room."

"My stay was amazing. Diana was a gracious host any problems we had she immediately solved them and if we had any questions or concerns, she took care of them immediately. She also recommended places to go and also arrange for our safe transportation. The other staff was also very gracious and helpful if we needed anything, they went above and beyond to help us. The only downside was the food. Not much seasonings. But overall, I would definitely recommend and come back to stay."
